This system is designed to facilitate the management, financial, and communication affairs of the ShoraCenter Commercial Complex. Using any part of the system (including the personal dashboard, payment gateway, or receiving SMS) constitutes full acceptance of these rules. If you do not agree with any of the clauses, please do not use the system.

• Data Accuracy: Users are required to enter true and accurate information (name, mobile number, national ID) during registration. Any discrepancy in identity information creates legal responsibility for the user.
• System Roles: There are two types of roles in this system: "Global Role" (determines the level of access to menus) and "Unit Role" (such as Owner, Leaseholder, or Tenant). Management of unit roles is the responsibility of the board of trustees and system administrators.
• Account Security: Maintaining the password and not disclosing One-Time Passwords (OTP) is the sole responsibility of the user.

• Invoicing: Charge invoices and additional costs are issued in your personal dashboard based on the area, floor, and status of your unit.
• Online Payment: Financial transactions are processed through valid banking gateways. The system does not store any banking information (card number or CVV2).
• Late Fees: If invoices are not paid by the due date, the system will automatically calculate a late fee and add it to the invoice amount.
• Refunds: Once a transaction is successful, the funds are deposited directly into the complex's account, and refunds are not possible through the system.

Users can upload an "Avatar" (for individuals) or "Company Logo" (for legal entities) in their profile. Uploading images that are inappropriate, offensive, or infringe on the copyrights of others is prohibited. System management reserves the right to remove any inappropriate images without prior notice.

The system uses your phone number to send SMS notifications regarding invoice statuses, debt reminders, and authentication codes. By registering in the system, you consent to receiving these service messages.

The complex's board of trustees and system administrators reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the moment they are posted on this page. Users are encouraged to periodically review this page.
